TOOLS
Invest in a few good make-up brushes: a great contour brush for the eyes, try the Kent Definition Socket Line Brush No 4, one for the cheekbones, try new <id Cosmetics Blusher Brush and a great foundation brush – I’m loving Jemma Kidd’s Pro-Pointed Cream Blush/Foundation Brush No 10.
EYES
Using the amazing Benefit Celebutante Palette, cover eyelids with the ivory shade and then with you contouring brush sweep the darker shade in the socket line and blend. This will really open your eyes. A perfect tick is created using the Clarins Eye Liner Pen in Black [01]. Start on the outer corner of the eye and follow the angle of the jaw line, sweeping the brush down towards your lash line to create an elongated angle. Use a hand held mirror looking down, it makes this easier. Now for the tricky bit: take your brush and start on the inner corner your eye keeping it really close to your lash line to meet up with the other line your have just created. If you want to soften the edges of the tick, make it as soft or as graphic as you like by using a softer brush and blending the product to soften the line. Keep cotton buds and eye make-up remover to hand so that you can wipe away any imperfections.
LIPS
Finish the look with a Jessica Rabbit pout, using the award winning Benefit from the Celebutante Palette, one of the little treasures in this little box.
CHEEKBONES
Pat a bit of Benefit Highbeam on to the cheekbones and voila, you’re done.
